In the entity's realm:

Tired and sick if her usual life and the abuse and dysfunctionality that came along with it, Julie found refuge in a newcomer to Ormond, Frank Morrison.
Introducing him to her best friends Susie and Joey, they all became inseparable and closed themselves off from others, causing mayhem together on a regular basis and finding safety and peace in one another.
After an unplanned murder on a night on the town, the four of them retreated to the mountain lodge to hide the body. While burying it, Frank wandered off, Julie was the first to follow him into the thick, black fog, Joey and Susie inevitably came soon after.Now, she spends her time doing the Entity's bidding, sacrificing those known as survivors to it's unforgiving claws.
In return, she was allowed to live alongside her other Legion members and do as they wished in their free time, no matter that is may be.

Outside/before the Entity's realm:

One Julie Kostenko was a heavy partygoer, if there was a party, she was there; invited or not. Popular amongst those at her school even though she preferred to associate with a certain few misfits and outcasts, she could have owned the school with an iron knife if she wished.
She used her popularity and power at school to get away from her home life, this was a place where people loved her, not hated and despised her.
If she wasn't at parties and off her face with some form of drugs or alcohol, she spent her time outside of school with Frank, Susie or Joey, or sometimes all 3. Drugs and such were sometimes still involved, fuck the world.
She was free with them.
She was complete.
